On November 30, the Kookil Paper (Zhangjiagang) Limited Corporation held an event of making Kimchi with cabbage grown in the vegetable patch within the factory ground. With the Korean resident employees and their family members playing the leading role in the event, the taste of the Kimchi as their mothers used to make was reproduced in cooperation with the local staffs. In spite of the cold weather, the staffs and their family members assertively participated in the event with the attitude of serving others. Staff who planned this event stated that, “this event was truly meaningful since it was possible to distribute Kimchi just like that we ate in Korea to the Korean resident staffs working in foreign country through this ‘Kimchi making event for love of neighbors’.”
