On April 14, the staffs and executives of Kookil Paper (Zhangjiagang) Limited Corporation held workshop, which was executed in 2 sessions. This workshop was planned for the establishment of the value system for the company. All the participants had the opportunity to become more mature through the substantive programs including lectures, group presentations, individual assignment and recreations over a period of 1 night and 2 days. In addition, they had the opportunity to discover different aspects of the personalities of their fellow workers that they were not aware of by spending time together outside the company. It provided wonderful time for them to reconfirm their existence as constituent members of organization by fortifying closer relationship amongst them.
